We have developed a 30-hour programme that gives participants a solid grounding in Enterprise Risk Management which will allow for participants to hit the ground running upon completion.

  • Importance of RM to Governance and Strategy
  • Differences between Traditional and enterprise RM. RM and Auditing in Practice
  • Sources of organization risks
  • RM frameworks and standards (ISO, COSO etc.)
  • Key performance indicators and key risk indicators
  • ERM Tools: Identifying, Measuring, Analyzing and Reporting of Risks
  • Design and Development of Deterministic and Stochastic Business Models in Business: Project Risk Management, Strategic Management and Planning, including Monte Carlo Simulation
  • Connecting ERM to other risk related functions: Audit, Compliance
  • Residual risks and insurance
  • Effective Risk Reporting and Decision-Making Capstone Project (in addition to the in class training)
